Currently, Bravo Rewards points do not expire. If that ever changes, we'll update this page.
How do VIP tiers work?
Your VIP tier is based on the total points you've earned within your current one-year membership period, starting from your join date. The more you earn, the higher your tier — and the faster you earn points on every future order.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your account and visit the Rewards section to see your available rewards and redeem your points for a discount code or free product.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned on an order are removed if that order is refunded.

Bravo Rewards is a loyalty program offered by Bravo ("Bravo"). Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed through the Bravo Rewards program for eligible discounts or products. Bravo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bravo Rewards program, including earning rates, VIP tier thresholds, and available rewards, at any time. Points earned on an order may be reversed if that order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. Bravo Rewards is not valid where prohibited by law.
