Before you write
A few of the most common questions are already answered:
- Where's my order? We ship 1 business day after your order is placed, out of our warehouse in Texas. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
- I need to return something. We have a 30-day return policy. See our Refunds & Returns page, or email us to start a return.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us right away and we'll make it right.
- Do you offer a military discount? Yes — for military, first responders, and medical workers through GOVX.
